  • What are your office hours?

    Our office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm. Please note, work does get done outside of these hours as well, these are just specifically for our office! 

  • When did Create-A-Color Carpets & Painting open?

    Create-A-Color Carpets & Painting began providing carpet, tile, & upholstery cleaning in 1992. From that our quality & dedication opened the door for our painting and other services.

  • What areas do you service?

    At Create-A-Color Carpets & Painting, we are committed to providing comprehensive services to property owners in the Ronkonkoma & Long Island areas. 

  • Are you licensed?

    Yes! We are licensed, bonded, and insured.

  • Is there a minimum travel fee?

    Our travel fee to Nassau is $175 and our travel fee to Suffolk is $150. 

  • How quickly does your team respond?

    We will typically respond within 24 hours of your call, and sometimes even within 12 hours if you call on a weekday. If you call on a weekend, you can expect to hear back from us on Monday! 

  • What payment options do you accept?

    We currently accept, cash, checks, Venmo, and Zelle.

  • Do you offer a discount for new customers?

    We are proud to offer a 10% discount for all new customers.
