Rick Scarpinella (on right) is the Founder of Create-A-Color Carpets & Painting. Born in Massapequa and raised in Commack, both located in New York, he currently resides in Smithtown. With an impressive tenure of over 30 years, Rick has been lending his business owner expertise since founding the company in 1992. He embarked on this entrepreneurial venture after graduating college with a bachelor's degree. When Rick is not at work, he enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones, indulging in activities like golf and hockey.
Louis A. Ulloa, COO (on left), originally born in El Salvador, raised in Huntington NY, Louis has 10+ years industry experience. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Theology while at the same time working as an Assistant Pastor. He later transitioned to Business Management and Real Estate Investing. As an owner, Louis enjoys providing high quality customer service and customer satisfaction. He believes getting things done for others will always be a fascination for him. In his spare time, Louis enjoys listening to audio books, spending time with his wife and son at their house.
